Help In Wisconsin

Hello everyone. I'm still trying to figure out how to use this site, but my needs are pressing so I'm posting this and crossing my fingers.

There is a group in my little town of 9,000 in central Wisconsin who are trying to get a shelter up and running. Two churches and the County are involved. I am looking for information for this group regarding financial needs and budgets - we are hoping for a 24/7/365 shelter. We have a house already. The people need to know how much this is going to cost going in. Our meeting is in less than 2 weeks. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. Sheri

Another tip is to find a similar organisation and ask for a copy of their annual report which will have their financial statements in it.
